Documenting Architecture
Sean Davidson, an industrial designer in New York City, became interested in photography at an early age. He uses his camera to explore his interests in skateboarding, architecture, design, and art. By braiding his interests of graphic design, architecture, and documentary photography, he focuses on creating rational compositions with repeatable outcomes, noting comparisons in similar arrangements of subjects. He studies form, composition, and pattern primarily through architecture and city details. Currently, in his documentary work, Sean pursues vignettes of graphic compositions and bright light around the city.
